Hook the fender under the rub rail.
Insert the hook into the ski eye or cleat.
Tighten by pulling on the loose end of the strap.
Remove the rubber block from the strap assembly if desired.
To attach to a watercraft storage compartment
Hook the fender under the rub rail.
Insert the rubber block into the storage compartment and close the hatch.
Tighten by pulling on the loose end of the strap.
Remove the vinyl dipped hook from the strap assembly if desired
